RETURN & REFUND POLICY — DUSK CAMPERS

About Our Products

DUSK Campers sells brand new Toyota HiAce H300 campervans that are second-stage manufactured, individually built to order or from limited showroom stock. Each vehicle is registered as a new motor vehicle and sold through our licensed motor dealership (Motor Dealer Licence, Queensland).

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products — new motor vehicles that are registered to the purchaser upon delivery — we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Once a vehicle has been registered in the buyer's name and delivery has been accepted, the sale is final.

This is consistent with standard practice across all new vehicle dealerships in Australia.

Deposits and Orders

A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle or commence a build. Deposit terms, including whether any portion is refundable, will be specified in your individual sales agreement prior to payment. No deposit will be taken without a written agreement outlining these terms.

If a build-to-order vehicle has not yet entered production, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once production has commenced or parts have been ordered on the buyer's behalf, deposits may be non-refundable to the extent of costs already incurred.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including the consumer guarantee provisions in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

As a licensed motor vehicle dealer, we are bound by consumer guarantee obligations. Our vehicles come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the vehicle repaired if the vehicle fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your vehicle has a fault or defect that constitutes a failure to meet a consumer guarantee:

For a minor failure , we will offer a repair within a reasonable time. If the repair is not completed within a reasonable time, you may have the issue repaired elsewhere and recover reasonable costs from us.

Manufacturer Warranty

Each DUSK Camper is supplied with the applicable Toyota Australia manufacturer warranty. This warranty operates in addition to your consumer guarantee rights under the ACL and does not replace or limit those rights. Details of Toyota's warranty coverage can be accessed through Toyota Australia

How to Raise a Concern

If you believe your vehicle has a fault or does not meet a consumer guarantee, contact us directly:

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law as applied by the Fair Trading Act 1989 (Qld)
